BAMPERDA

Bamperda has duties and authorities:

1. prepare the Propemperda draft which contains an ordered list of draft regional regulations based on the priority scale for the formation of the draft regional regulations accompanied by reasons for each budget year within the DPRD;
2. coordinating the preparation of Propemperda between the DPRD and the Provincial Government;
3. prepare draft regional regulations originating from DPRD which are Bapemperda proposals based on predetermined priority programs;
4. harmonize, unify and consolidate the draft regional regulations submitted by members, commissions or a combination of commissions before the draft regional regulations are submitted to the leadership of the DPRD;
5. following the discussion of the draft regional regulation submitted by the DPRD and the Provincial Government;
6. give consideration to the proposal for drafting regional regulations submitted by the DPRD and the Provincial Government outside Propemperda;
7. give consideration to the leadership of the DPRD on draft regional regulations originating from the provincial government;
8. following developments and evaluating the discussion of the content of draft regional regulations through coordination with commissions and/or Special Committee;
9. conducting discussions on certain draft regional regulations assigned to the DPRD plenary meeting;
10. conducting a study of regional regulations;
11. carrying out the final alignment of draft regional regulations;
12. following up on the draft regional regulations resulting from facilitation and evaluation except for the draft regional regulations on APBD;
13. make performance reports at the end of DPRD membership and take inventory of problems in forming regional regulations as material for the Commission in the next membership period;
14. other duties and authorities as regulated in this Regional Peoples Legislative Assembly Regulation and statutory regulations.
